Alinghi crew feed the spinnaker back down the hatch as they try to hold off Oracle.

Oracle appeals to the judges as they try to come down to sail their proper course only to be held out by Alinghi.
Not one, but two penalty flags are raised in appeal on Oracle - all in vain.
Rounding the bottom mark for the last time, Oracle leads Alinghi but carries a penalty that will ultimately cost them the race.

Oracle is still completing her penalty turn as Alinghi passes and crosses the finish line to win the third race in the final.
